The art of decision making event
As part of an event organized by the Quality and Strategy Manager Association (AQSM) at the Lycée-Collège de l’Abbaye de St-Maurice, we hosted, in partnership with CapeGrowth, a presentation entitled “The art of piloting the essentials by having a 360 ° vision of the health of the organization “in front of an audience of about thirty people from all horizons.
The program of this presentation included a first introductory part on concepts and methods, followed by a role play and finally a summary of the good practices of steering an organization.
The event ended with a nice dinner aperitif and rich exchange.
