Il faudrait id\u00e9alement aussi pouvoir int\u00e9grer des alertes ou avis remont\u00e9s des \u00e9quipes terrain. En effet, un ressenti de la part des \u00e9quipes permettra de compl\u00e9ter les donn\u00e9es chiffr\u00e9es et d\u2019obtenir une vision plus compl\u00e8te de la situation.<a href=\"http:\/\/blog.smartcockpit.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/GettingTheBigPicture.png\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mais quels sont les indicateurs pertinents\u00a0? Comment les d\u00e9finir\u00a0? La m\u00e9thode que nous pr\u00e9conisons est de se poser les questions auxquelles nous devons obtenir les r\u00e9ponses (comment \u00e9volue notre activit\u00e9\u00a0? sommes-nous \u00e0 risque\u00a0?,\u2026) et de d\u00e9terminer les indicateurs\/informations dont on a besoin pour y r\u00e9pondre. Afin d\u2019obtenir une vue globale des finances, des risques, de la conformit\u00e9 et de l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019avancement des projets, sur un tableau de bord simple et synth\u00e9tique<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, il convient de mettre en place un processus de gestion qui assure le suivi de ces indicateurs. Cela permet non seulement de diagnostiquer \u00e0 temps les difficult\u00e9s, mais surtout de d\u00e9finir les actions correctives et de suivre leurs effets. Est-ce que nous avons bien mis en place une action pour un probl\u00e8me \u00e0 r\u00e9gler ? Est-ce que le plan d\u2019action fonctionne ? (budget, d\u00e9lais\u2026) Est-ce que la d\u00e9cision a eu les effets escompt\u00e9s ? Dit autrement, il est important de s\u2019assurer que l\u2019on fait les bonnes choses et qu\u2019on les fait bien. Car si ce n\u2019est pas le cas, alors il faut corriger le tir et changer de levier, et ce, le plus vite possible.<\/p>\n<p>En permettant aux utilisateurs m\u00e9tiers d\u2019interagir et de faire \u00e9voluer leur tableau de bord, des solutions tel que\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.smartcockpit.ch\/\">smartcockpit<\/a>\u00a0permettent justement de couvrir cela.
