such as:<\/p><ul><li>Are the projects under control?<\/li><li>Do they meet the quality process?<\/li><li>Are the risks being managed?<\/li><li>Are the reports updated on time?<\/li><li>Are there actions\/decisions to be taken or corrected?<\/li><\/ul><p>Our cockpit is aimed at all types of organizations that wish to monitor the health of their project portfolio and bring the collective together around this goal. It is both a management tool and a communication tool.<br \/>It reduces reporting and provides a clear and reliable view to the different stakeholders.
